1. Where We Ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally. Local pickup from the shelter at Bilaspur Rampur is available on request — call us to arrange it.

2. Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Our products are handmade at the gaushala, so during peak demand or festival periods dispatch may take slightly longer. We will inform you if there is a delay.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 3–5 business days within Uttar Pradesh and nearby states
• 5–8 business days for the rest of India
• 7–12 business days for remote areas, hilly regions and the North-East

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Vermicompost is a heavy item, so charges on larger packs are higher. Any applicable free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send the tracking number and courier details to your registered email or phone. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make three delivery attempts. Please keep the phone number you provided reachable. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an unreachable number, or repeated unavailability, the parcel returns to us and is treated under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Damage in Transit

Check your parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, refuse it or note it with the delivery person. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, transport restrictions, festival rush or other circumstances outside our control. We will always help you follow up with the courier.
